What does it cost?
Depends on hours, cameras and deliverables. We price to your budget.
A single-shooter recap film costs far less than multi-camera coverage with same-week edits. Tell us the event and the budget you're working with, and we'll tell you honestly what it buys, the same budget-first approach we take on every project.
Speed
How fast is delivery?
Social clips next day; recap films in one to two weeks.
If you need a same-night highlight edit to play before the evening ends, we can plan for that too. It just needs to be scoped before the event so the right editor is in the room.
Coverage
Multi-camera speeches?
Yes, with clean, dedicated audio.
For keynotes, panels and award presentations we run multi-camera setups with audio off the venue's board or our own mics, so every word is clean and every reaction is covered.
Booking
How far ahead to book?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable; shorter is often workable.
Gala and conference season fills up first. Either way, a pre-event call to walk the run-of-show is included, so we never miss the moment that matters.

Vertical cutdowns for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, delivered while people are still talking about the event, next-day when you need momentum, same-night when you need magic.
